A couple of months ago I tried some glasses from the online company Rivet and Sway. You can read my post here.
I decided to get two frames, the Petit Allegros in red, and the Faster Pussycat. I was filling out my information online, and I noticed that they didn’t offer the prescription strength that I needed.
I emailed the customer service rep and I heard back from them right away. It turned out that they only stock certain lenses, to cut back on production costs. I was SO BUMMED! Well, it didn’t mean the end of the line for me! I wound up hearing from them on the telephone, and I spoke with the guy who ran the lab directly. Within 2 days, I was told that not only would they make my lenses special for me, BUT they weren’t going to change me any extra money for the trouble!
Talk about AMAZING customer service! They told me that my glasses would take a little longer, since they would have to make them special, (which didn’t bother me) , BUT they still had them ready within a few days AND they kept me posted via telephone, and email on the whole process! Nothing short of superb!
As for the glasses, they are WONDERFUL! I am not the most gentle person with my glasses, and neither pair has yet to scratch. They fit great, and are so CUTE! I get SO many compliments on them!
